Try to eat only whole grains, more vegetables, and lay off sugar, caffeine, and excessively salty or artificial snacks. I cant seem to lose weight
well I'm about 5'7 and I'm 150 pounds I'm a size 6-8, I know I'm not fat but there is always something inside of me that tells me I need to lose weight but the thing is I love to eat I ususally eat about 6 big meals a day but I dont gain weight because...
I'm on the crew team and I also work out .....but I've become lazy lately and have been having a hard time with working out, and during spring break I went to miami and I felt like a whale I couldnt even put on my bikini with out feeling embrassed. a lot of you are probabaly judging me because I might not be big enought to complain about my weight but everyone has that voice inside of them that tells them that they arent good enough, well I cant help but feel that if I could just lose 10-20 pounds I will be a lot happier with my self, but how do I go about losing the few extra pounds with out getting a eating disorder
