I cant lose weight... tell me what to do!

I want to loss weight so bad. No matter what I do, I never lose anything. I just end up gaining more weight. I exercise a lot. I drink lotz of water. I cut out all junk foods, and fast food.I eat in small portions, 6 times a day. Healthy food. I don't...

eat after 6 pm... I don't understand how I am not losing any weight...
Any suggestions? =[

Stop the 6-small-meals!! You are not a professional in the food buisness and you are probably not giving yourself the correct portions!! Try something NEW if it's not working!

Get a workout video!! You might feel stupid doing it, but it's actually fun! Usually it's only 30-40 mins long and you do it about 2-3 times a week or everyday if you have enough time. By doing a workout video you might not actually DROP down in numbers on the scale, but it's going to tighten up the extra baggage around the stomach, thighs and butt and make you look loads skinnier.

Make sure you are eating breakfast. You'll end up actually losing weight because it gets your metabolism working early in the morning so you'll burn calories all day, not just after lunch. (P.S. try eating celery at lunch times and for snacks. You burn more calories eating it than it actually gives you, yet it fills you up!)

You can count calories. Get a calorie book and keep tot he portions religiously. It works every time.

Also, ever heard of or tried Kombucha? It's an ancient Chinese tea that helps with weight loss, stomach trouble, energy level and so on.
