I can't find a girlfriend?

I can't get a girlfriend, I am turning 230 soon and never had a girlfriend since I was 12 so I don't really call it a girlfriend but I can't go up to just a regular girl and ask them out, I am a very shy guy, most girls like me around...

because I make them happy and laugh but they dont want go out wih me.

So what should I do

you're approaching it all wrong, most girls don't want you to just come up and ask them on a date, it makes it too awkward..make it seem like you just wanna hang out sometime, you can even make it a group activity if you want and invite other people..and when it comes time to attempt to ask on a date, I still wouldn't recommend calling it a date, try somethin like I had fun, we should hang out sometime, just me an you girls appreciate confidence when you talk to them, don't be too nervous or they'll lose interest, and don't seem desperate, so if they say no, say ok just thought I'd ask, don't act like it bothers you that they said no, you never know they might come back, and if they say yes, for the love of God don't let out a big sigh and go Really?? Awesome!! just say ok cool, and set up a time...oh and don't bother trying to get a girl if you can't drive, it never works...let me know if I missed anything or if you need more advice on this subject
