I can't figure out my idenity...

one month I will dress emo then the next month I will dress like a scene kid...I can't figure out my identiy...and I would like to just be one or the other...how do I decided? I like them both and I feel comfertable with both...HELP!

You're dressing as yourself. You don't need to be a certain label to fit in.
Besides, it's boring to just wear pink, or just wear pink all of the time.

You're best bet into discovering your identity is to dress, act, be however you really want too and not like everyone around you. Don't even act like you acknowledge what everyone else around you or people on t.v. is wearing. Just try not to let someone else's style influence you; completely anyways. I mean, people get tips and ideas from different people all the time; either being their style, personality, or both. In a way, just wipe your brain/memory of anything that has influenced you before, so you can start off fresh with a new outlook and ideas to create your style, personality whatever else. Oh, but don't get me wrong; I'm not saying that you're trying to be like other people; I mean, I don't even know you. That's just what a lot of people end up doing; for one reason, it's easy, but creating your own identity is so much more fun and since when is being like everyone else fun? ;-)

I think you'd be a poser anyway for thinking the clothes you wear somehow define who you are.

okay sooo if you are cuting your self and you belive life sucks you are emo you must be wearing dark cloths
if you think you are punkish rock then any dark color that you really like if you like emo style I thinkt thats a great idea to wear dark cloths!

I go with neither of them. just be urself.

You dont have to have a certain sterotype, just wear how you feel like wearing on the day.
