I can't change or delete my pictures. lite help?

Every time I go to a picture and choose primary, nothing happens. It won't change. Jeez! And I can't delete them either. Help me out here.

If it's not letting you there might be a bug -
If you really want to you can send me a FunMail letting me know which one you want as your primary and I'll change it for you (if it even lets me).
