I can never win with my mom

My moms the kinda of person that's never happy because nothin is ever good enough for her..I finally decided what I want to be and go to college for..nursing...and eventually doctors astaint..but she just laughs and says I'll believe it when I see it ...she says if im gunna do al that I might aw well just go for doctor right away...how do I deal with her

I had the same problem hun, all I've ever wanted 2 do was work with children, nobody ever believed me, and always thought I was a joke, all because I walked out of school 2 years before I was ment 2, and the best thing about it all, I just bit my tounge! an proved every SINGLE! LAST 1 OF EM!! wrong! im now workin with children! :P so good luck xx

have to live it ...U DO!!!...most parents that are like that are trying to live threw you so if she's not giving you the support prove her wrong teach her lesson..n maybe u'll learn one along the way...I have a freind in the exact same postion ... she f***ked up before she got prego by this kid (jesse) and was in rehab...now she smokes like an animal but no matter what she still has it in her to do the right thing...she's beauitful in everyway and the thing I love most about her (besides her butt) is that she'll never give up even after all that...she's the girl I love but she has no idea ...but anyway hipe I helped

well since you are going to be a nurse or a doctor or w/e when it happens you can be the one laughing in her faceee

My thoughts on this are that if the parents think they have done a good enough job with there parenting they should let their child be who they want to be.

I tell my kids that they can be whatever they want to.it;s their life and I want them to happy and have a better life then I did.They just have to work hard and stay on track.
