Try to surround yourself with people and places where you can't throw up! Eat with family and friends, and go someplace with other people after you eat where you can't sneak away to throw up. Find whatever triggers your urges to throw up, and do anything you can to avoid those triggers. Go to the bathroom before you eat instead of after, and get your mind focused on something that will distract you from thinking you can't digest anything. It will be a slow and hard process, but I have faith in you! Just stick to it, and you may want to get counseling. I'm so glad you decided to stop. It is SO unhealthy! Best of luck to you 
honestly just take it slow. Start by eating easy things like crackers and toast every day, and work your way up to tougher foods, and dont pig out, because your tummy is pretty pissed right now at you hehe. but if it does get too bad, I would talk to a doctor about it, I do know there is meds that will help

I have been bulimic for 5 years I have gone from a wait of 140lbs to 120lbs. I am now really trying to fight the urge. I have gone from throwing up all 7 days of the week to 2-3. I have found it difficult to comfortably digest the foods I used to. Even...
a can of tuna is difficult. I want to up my calorie intake to gain some of the weight back but so far I have only been sucessful with certain foods. It was really never about the weight for me more of the controll issue... HELP
