I am extremely good at writing stories but suck at plots

and I was wondering if some one could help me about a cancer story I could write

maybe a young newlywed woman gets diagnosed with cancer,thn soon aftr she finds out shes pregnant.her husband and fam have 2 decide who livs--mom or child--when she goes into a coma or sumthin wher she cant dcide 4 hrslf.she should prob want the baby2 liv.I don't know much bout th tech. of cancer,but that would b good 2 read up on.and I cant giv you an entir plot.this story was originally 4 me 2 write,but you can have it because like I sadi,I don't know much bout cancer...snd me updates as you write if you choose this
