Hypnosis

I am looking for some good books on hypnosis and all I can find are some books on the subject of hypnotherapy and some just on the type magicians use, but I'm looking for some that talk about all types of hypnosis. Any suggestions?

And hypnotherapy and the type magicians use (stage hypnosis) is the same. There arent exactly different types of hypnosis, its all the same thing. And you can't do anything against a persons will, so you cant turn them into a sex slave or something. And the person isnt asleep either, they are at a heightened stage of awareness, so they can hear everything you say.
