IM NOT GOING TO LIE AND SAY I've TRIED IT WHEN I HAVNT, BUT I DO HAVE A FRIEND WHOM IS ON IT AND ITS WORKING WONDERS FOR HER IM THINKING OF DOING IT MYSELF, BUT THE WHOLE THING IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY IS TO MANTIAN A GOOD DIET AND EXCERCISE REGULARY OR IT WILL BE FOR NOTHING.. ALL IT REALLY DOES IS MORE SPEED THE LOSING WEIGHT PROCESS TO ABOUT HALF THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE NORMALLY... IF THIS HELPS YOU OUT IN ANY WAY PLEASE LET ME KNOW..

I havent' tried it myself. But my friend doe ballet, and takes them and doesnt diet at all. They've worked for her really well. She said that she never gets hungry and that if she tries to eat while taking them they make her feel stuffed after not eating much at all. I think they are the best ones out there when it comes to diet pills.
