How do I lose weight?

in the very tip top pn my thighs? like on the inside.. like when I stand foot to foot. thats the only part that touches.. this may be weird but when im naked.. it makes a triangle when I close my legs. like theres a gap between my legs and 'area'. I don't know I just hate it because I cant wear shorts so help me out

just walk/ run or do cardio. thats my problem area too. look up thigh exercises and you should be good. I hope this helps. im doing the self challenge and it always makes me lose almost 20 pounds. go to self.com and sign up for it, you wont regret it.

Do six inches. Lay down @ lift youer legs six inches of the flour. Keep up there for as long as you can. Make sure there straight. Works for me. Best of luck!
