ok well ignoring the above rude answer. I am a stay at home mom while my husband is in the army and is overseas. So whether he's gone or home I am ALWAYS in the house taking care of the kids and the laundry and there's a huge list I don't want to get into lol OK point being I bought the Tae Bo Amped work out dvd's for 20$ on OCT. 1st of this year I have been using it almost 2 months now along with an 800 cal diet I have planned out for myself to fit my bodies needs and drinking 6-16oz bottles of water, at least , every day. I also throw in an extra cardio video that I think is hella fun and also teaches you some sexy salsa moves. I started out with a 52 in waist...now I have a 39 inch waist. I haven't hit my goal yet but as long as I know that I am going to be a complete KNOCK OUT when my baby gets home in February and I am going to be leaner and healthier that's all that matters to me. He hasn't seen me since july 12th of '07 when he came home for his 15 days leave I can't wait til he steps off that plane and sees me
All you have to do is make sure you stay positive and DO NOT get discouraged. Also, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!! So go by inches lost. I started a chart from the day 1 til now it really helps and the more progress you see the happier you will be about yourself.
