I lost 10kg when I came dubai in 11 july 2008 . I'm 35 years old . Again I want increas my wight

If I were you I would increase carbohydrate consumption. Eat foods like breads and other grains. Good fats are also good, which can be found in peanut butter and other various foods. Good luck!
