I'm never full, what can i do?

hi im allwas hungrey and all was eat the food never fills me up what can I do im 14 and 45kg

sometimes people mistake thirst for hunger try drinking a pint of water before you have a meal and see if that helps if not go to your doctor as there maybe some other issue in play
