Hungover how do i get rid of it fast?

Im really hungover from last night and anytime I try to drink something or eat it feels like its going to come back up but it doesnt, I have a maj. headache too but no advil/tylenol etc. How do I get ride of the throwing up feeling by 6?

Excercise, run around the block, run up and down steps or stairs, ride a bike, rollerblade. Hope this helps happy

drink lots and lots of water...then go to sleep...when you wake up you should feel a lot better.

yes powerade or gatorade, but has to be blue. dont ask me why. it works.
be active, dance it out, walk somewhere, avoid sex thou its lousy lol.
Depends what your drink is too, hard alcohol evaporates a lot faster..
I used to work with this guy that put a shot of tomato juice in his last few beers, seemed to work for him.
