Human performance, nutrition, and exercise science schools?

Does anyone have any information on universities or colleges in the nation that offer a Master's program for Human Performance, Nutrition, or Exercise Science?
Top schools, favorites, or any recommendations would be great. Tell me what they have to offer, what your thought is, and perhaps a link. I am graduating in May, and would like to beat the early application due dates.
