Human interest in death

What are your views on people and their pull towards death (suicide videos, accidents etc.)

I find it pretty sickening to know how many 'normal' people like to view real life gore and death, internet sites (not named for safety reasons) that depict the horrors of this kinda thing are clicked by billions each day, and the visits surpass a few commercial sites

Are we really that sick race that finds entertainment in the deaths of fellow humans?

that is messed up, havn't changed much since gladiator days. Have you ever seen the movies faces of death. I've watched a couple with friends, when we reffer to em we say that its sick. but in a cool crazy kinda way. you know the families of the victims don't find it ammusing. so I really don't know, its interesting I guess. stuff that we will not to see in real life

To me it is so nasty it makes me feel like im going to hurl !!! What I do like is on spike tv most amazing videos its not people getting killed but people who nearly escape death. The other stuff like the Banned From TV I can't do it ewww.

first off you say something like normal people...please define normal for me. and what so so wrong with trying to learn everything about a situtation that EVERYONE will face someday...I would just have to call in curiosity

I think it's gross too.I don't watch anything w/stabbing/killing/drama or even killing.It makes me think that if I wanted to I'm messed up.We wonder why people are killing more and more these days?!I personally think death is something none needs to see,ESPECIALLY for ENTERTAINMENT purposes.But I live my life diff than a lot of people I live w/o The/s*x/drugs/and rock 'n roll.I'm happy with my life and would NEVER change it : )

keep in mind not everyones looks at them for entertainment
some people are interested in that kind of thing
just like someone else would be interested in something like cats!
also there are things that can be learned from such websites
intrest in death is normal, just as worrying about it is
but its not considered normal if you find enjoyment from it,
or if it was something thats makes you happier if you saw it

it doesnt bother me ... even in some cases death amuses me I cant help it ... I watch scary movies to get a good giggle in ... I realy cant help it I have been like this since I was about 5 years old ...is that weird

I dont know..I guess people are just applying what you said in their lives.
'to fell joy you have to first feel pain'
or maybe their just to freaknpervert to see how they die..
