How young is too young?

I've always beleived in abstinence, and waiting until after your married. but lately I've realized that a lot of my friends have already had sex. im a sophomore in highschool (I will be next year) and im not so sure that I beleive in waiting anymore. How young is too young, and when is the right time??

just because your friends do it doesnt mean you have to, well I belive that 15 - 16 is too yound. I was 15 when I lost mine. but I wish id waited a lot longer like 17. becuase its just not right. it doesnt feel right.

In my opinion you should work on being the best student during high school. I waited till college to have sex. There are a lot more freedoms at college and you have more free time. I've never regreted waiting. I believe that younger than 18 is too young.

I'm 15 and I just lost my virginity to my 18 year old boyfriend in march. Dont listen to what your friends are telling you they probley are still virgins and just trying to show off to ither people, listen to your heart and see what it is saying to you. The youngest that I herd that lost their virginit is 13 years old, so yeah. It's up to you know one is forceing you to do it or unless your boyfrined is trying to force you to have sex. I slept with a guy b/c I thought it was the "cool" thing to do. I wanted to go to school and tell all my friends. I was the 1st one to sleep with my boyfriend. now I just think he sounds trashy. your the only one that has to know if your a virgin or not. I would wait. dont sleep with the 1st person that comes along. wait. it makes it so much better. I wish I would have waited 4 the boyfriend I have now. I love him with all my heart and my virgnity is somthing I wish I could give him. and I cant. it really hurts, thats one thing you need to be careful with.
