Bella jumps off a cliff and Edward hears about it thinking she died. So Edward gives up and was going to kill himself.

she jumps off a cliff and rosealia sees thinkin shes trying to kill herself. so she calls edward tellin him and he goes to italy to expose himslef to the voultori so he can be killed and go to hell/heaven with bella
