How to you deal with a guest who is angry?

setting,, hotels,, guest is upset because of what the last hotel did and is afraid the same thing will happen so is already mad

Keep your body language open, facial expression understanding and listening.
Empathise with the customer. Do your very damdest to please them.
Dont get defensive just be yourself, and try keeping the situation calm and professional...like you normally are!!!
