How to strike up a conversation with a girl?

I need help in finding some good conversation starters besides the usual like hi my name is ? , hi how are you? if any of you guys have any fun and creative conversation starters it would be a big help

there isnt alot of ways to talk to girls besides hi... but if you find someone you like.. just be your self [girls like that] and if things work out... dont ever call a girl hott call them beautiful and stuff... it works..

The best place to start is with something that doesn't have to do with her.
Before you go up to her notice three or four things about the surroundings you can comment on. Like at a dance, something bout the band or DJ. If at a park or the zoo, something you see. At school, something about a class or subject or last night's game.

After you've been talking about something else for a little bit, you can turn the corner and ask about something about her, or better yet, compliment her on something. (Be real - don't make it up). Most girls love to be complimented on their eyes. They notice a guy's eyes right away and they spend lots of time making their eyes look great, so to compliment them Your eyes are unreal; way-cool! will go a long ways.
Even a quick-fast compliment helps a girl relax and feel at ease around you. Good morning - awesome sweater! as you pass each other in the hall at school will keep you on her mind for several minutes after you've gone your separate ways. And that's part of what you want - for her to think good stuff about you so it's not awkward next time you see her. You want her to smile and say 'hi' and be able to talk about anything.

oh- and don't expect it to all happen at once. If you're willing to take several days or a few weeks to get to know her, even better!

BE CONFIDENT !! but not to confident then they will think ur weird . me personaly i look at their myspace or what they wear to skool . i can read people like a book . always if she has a myspace u can tell alot about them by their layout ...just be confident and well toy around with her , dont answer her messages /texts as soon as you get them . if u play your cards rite when you dont aswer rite away it will driver her nuts (in a good way)

just be really sweet. dont act all cocky and cool. look her in the eyes and smile sweetly. girls love nice guys. ask her about the homework or something [or wherever you are] ask her something about it. like if your at a concert, as her how long the concert will be.. if your at the park ask her if her house is close to here. just find something that relates to where your at thats always a good conversation starter and it makes you look like your just wondering something and not that your too into her but the fact your talking to her is just enough to keep her wondering and then once you talk to her for a minute or 2 then back off and say thanks and be polite but a little flirty.. shell get curious and be all over you in a heart beat. it works for me every time when a guy's like that. good luck3!

When you want to talk to a girl, all you really need to talk about is yourself. Just come up with BS and if its good they'll buy into it.. Like ask them what do you think of corvettes and they'll say something and your respones should be yeah my dad is thinking about getting me on for my birthday, and I'm not sure if that what I really want

You have to make them think they can depend on you, and they'll be feeding right into your had..

MAJOR TIP
Do not believe it when a girl wants you to be yourself. Why you may ask BECAUSE you are boring and if your boring they won't want to talk to you.

Just BS intill you get comfy and things will take care of themselves
