How to take care of my tongue piercing?

Hey guys,just pierced my tongue.Woohoo.Love it!!^^By the way,I forgot to take the aftercare guide from the piercer.So guys,please teach me how to take care of it.Thanks a lot!^^

U did it yay!

Avoid smoking, dairy products(it can increase swelling and soreness)
Spicy foods, citrus fruits, and juices ( burns and irritates)
no open mouth kissing (you shouldn't let your piercing come in contact with any other persons fluids)

Thats what they told me when I got mine done.

AND PRACTICE ORAL HYGIENE AND IT SHOULD BE FINE!

Just use sea salt water wash your mouth out with it, no smoking at first until done healing. listen to what the pierer told you and if you have more question about your tongue ring then just call them back and after the swollen goes down MAKE sure you buy that clear plastic one! hope everything is going well and member get rid of that metal barbell when it goes down dont want to mess up your teeth.

after you got pierce into your tongue, drink anti tetanus or anti-bacterial acid or amoxicillin..
then gurgle some mouth wash..
that's the best think to do..
that's what I did when I pierced one

there is this stuf at walgreens or basically any drug store, it's peroxide and listerine mixed, use it, it's good for your piercing. it's down the mouth wash isle.
