I want to die , I hate myself , im angry all the time ,
As a teenager we all through things but the worst thing you can do is think your alone. I don't know what your through but just God knows and he never gives you more than you can bare. You are a strong person, no one ever said our journey in life would be easy, in fact we live in a harsh cruel world. But what keeps me going is knowing that Jesus got my back and he got yours of you trust in believe in him. tonight before you go to bed I ask you talk to him that's all tell hin your fears, your anger, your dissapoinments he can take it. you have nnothing to loose. Im not sure if you have someone to talk to maybe you can a find a local church group or something because you really need someone to talk don't try to handle it by urself we all need help sometimes ok God Bless..
anger, to me anyway, is a symptom of fear...so figure out what it is that you're afraid of, and do something about it...u may need to talk to a therapist or someone in a professional capacity ... anger management classes and as far as wanting to die , well your creator(if you have one) wanted you to live... thats why you were given life.. so honor that...and when you stop being so angry ...you'll like yourself more... call someone tomorrow...pls
take a breath! what's the reason that's making you so angry? - if you know the reason why... stay away from the reason for awhile. learn to calm yourself down and think to yourself... that when ever you're about to burst in anger, it's worst to make a scene! it's better to let off you steam by doing something else (going to your room and blasting the radio, playing a sport...ect)
omgg! just, like, never say that! you should never, never feel that way try talking to someone, a friend, parent, teacher, guidance counselor, or even go to a psychiatrist you really can't be thinking like that you're life is very valuable and im sure a ton of people would miss you if you were to actually die

I think that every1 has there own specail thing that they can do but others have trouble with. to let your angry out why not hit a punching bag. it worked for me last year!!!

Maybe eat something? Harsh as that sounds, the majority of your questions are based on food/calories/nutrition, now when I was in that viscious circle, I was angry. So first things first, you need to sort that out. Take care
