Puppies are going to chew and bite things their teeth are growing in and they are also just checking things out say in a firm voice 'No' and and remove their mouth from your hand if they dont. Give them plenty of apporiate things to chew until older. If you play with the puppy remember biting is a whole part of a play and stop if it becomes too rough.
