How to stop a habit
I have a habit of playing with my hair-- it's making my ends split and pissing me off but I can't stop. I don't evn catch myself doing it anymore.
Anyone have any tips on how to quit playing with hair? Or stopping habits in general? It's not like nail...
biting where you can put on that nasty tasting stuff-- I can't do that to my hair and it wouldn't matter anyway..
