my friend and myself are both attracted towards the same guy,the way my friend behaves with me is like she is indicating that I should better step back from him and let her go for him.I really like that guy what should I do?

I've been in this situation before. Except my bestfriend was my twin sister. The boy ended up dating me, breaking up with me & going my bestfriend. All boys are different. Remember this-Boys come and go, but friends stay forever.

Okay, thats a lie, friends don't stay forever, some do, but usually if you go out with a guy and it ends good you have a friend for life. Girls are different. If she's a REALLY good friend keep her and let have have the guy, but if she's not who really cares. You could also talk to her about it when you two are alone. Maybe yall can decide to not go after him, and yall can all be friends. It's really just up to you.
