Well, if you are naturally thin and have skinny jeans from your parents you may not be able to do anything about your metabolism. To slow your metabolism down you should be exercising less and eating more foods with carbohydrates, fats, and calories. This does not mean you should be going on Mcdonald's binges. This will only make your metabolism too slow and will probably make your metabolism slow as a turtle.

I have extremely high metabolism and have been tiny and thin my whole life, even after having 2 children. I need to figure out a way to slow my metabolism down. Having such high metabolism makes it so hard to find clothes to fit and gets expensive trying...
