How to show him you care?

How do you show a guy you care? I know for girls its like the typical guy off the notebook cuteness but what makes guys feel that same way that girls feel when they fee l like theyre being cared for and loved? Like for example ill use the notebook again...

She shows it over a period of time. A guy likes to feel secure about his manhood and how dedicated his girlfriend is to him. If she is talking to other guys on a regular basis or going out with her girlfriends on a friday night or just picking something over him then he gets a little down. Just reassure him how much you care about him but you shouldn't come off too strong if the relationship just started cause that is a little freaky. Just be happy and make him happy because a guy is not run by his emotions like a woman. We reason a lot more so we don't get the same feeling you girls do.
