to a party where our ex babysitter was going to be. I freaked out. I love him so much and thinking about him with someone else just tears me apart. I also cannot stand the thought of another girl around our son. Please help me because I cannot live my life like this anymore. How do I get him to stay with me and our son? We are both 27. It's very, very hard to build up trust again I know cause I went threw the same thing with my ex and spoke to alot of Parents and Counseller's about this and they all gave me the same answer which might not be what you want to hear.

When a man sleeps with another woman in marraige and in a relationship it was out of pure lust, there's no intimacy between the two it's just sex, he forgot about her as soon as they finished having sex. When a woman sleeps around then there's intimacy then there's a major problem.

You have full right to be angry cause let's face it the woman slept with your man. But did he tell you or did you bust him.
If he told you then he is truly sorry for what he did and he told you cause he loves you and he wants you to know so that there's no secrets between you. If he stayed quite and didn't tell you and you busted him then you got full right to kick him in his ass and to be jealous.

What you need to ask yourself is do you think he'll do it again, can you trust him enough to let him make his own decisions, do you love him enough???

I know it's hard and the fact that you know both of them you can picture the two of them having sex and that tears you apart, I know as im going threw the same thing right now and it leaves me dreaming of it at night and waking up very upset and hurt.

But threw everything I still love the person and no matter what happends i'll always love her.
