Oil is removed with TSP slurried with water, and if not careful, it will remove skin. The MDS sheet shows that use of goggles and rubber gloves must be utilzied, and fumes are created during reaction.

Cover with baking soda - let sit for about 30 minutes. Barely dampen, take a brisk broom or brush then start scrubbing. Or use degreaser.
