How to put music on my phone

I have a samsung tocco, and the USB thing for it.
im trying to put some music on it, but when I plug it into my computer, it says it cant install the hardware because it cannot find the necessary software.
it never works. how can I fix this ?

what your missing is the drivers for your model of phone. you either need to go to the samsung website and search for software or drivers and install that software / drivers to connect with your phone. If that still doesn't work, perform a google search on your specific phone and see if anyone with your phone has solved the issue with software for your computer to recognize it.
