Im going on a trip in a few days with a friend.
The ride is about 4 hours long, and they arnt planning on stopping, because they dont want to get stuck in traffic.
I get car sick,a lot.
So what are some tips I could take,so that I dont puke all over their car,and embarass myself?!

Also,I can't ride shotgun.So dont recommend it,hah.

Don't read, and do try to always look ahead, in the direction the car is going.

If you have your driver;s license, offer to drive some of the way. I think it's only as a passenger that you experience nausea, but not 100% sure.

Take a tablet that stops you from feeling sick

Look out of the window.

If you feel sick open a window and put your hand outside, the rush of air distracts your brain.

Good luck!!!

Dramamine helps but it will make you sleepy. Even the non-drowsy kind knocks me out, but my stomach is fine. (I get carsick on windy roads).

Oh I feel for you, I always get car sick, unless I'm driving (although the window has to be open)
Try the anti nauseau pills everyone's recommeneded. Oh and sprite sometimes helps (apparently)

Dramamine can make you drowsy, if so they sell these motion sickness bands, they work for some people.

Reading is the worst for me, I guess everyone is different

I heard that dramamine works, look out the window, and my grandfather told me that there is a pressure point on your wrist that can keep you from getting sick keep a tight hair-tie on hand, bring a barf bag just in case you do get sick, and if you do feel like your going to get sick open the window a little bit it should help. good luck!
