I guess I could make a few suggestions, lol. At the start of my current relationship, this kind of thing (sensible stimulation you could call it, lol) was very important. So here are just a few possibilities which may have some use to you :P:

-Kissing his neck: this isn't very difficult and it allows for plenty of variation.
