How to not be shy?

okay im really shy but I have like an awsome personalty, although its really weird becasue some people I can be myself around and some people I could talk to but im like a whole differnt person even my tone is differnt and I sound so boring. I also want to make like more friends but its so hard for me because of that personalty thing.. am I bi polar or sumtin?

That's not so much with the bipolar, possibly a social anxiety thing.

I think if you really take a good look at yourself, you will find that you are not boring and you have a lot to offer the world, you just need a little self esteem. Making friends is a two way street, their are other people that need friends as much as you do. So just start by saying hello and put a little effort into trying to make friends and soon you will find you will have all kinds of friends. This is definitely a good start just keep going.
