Men's hat size:
1. Measure around the largest circumference of the head (say at about an inch above the eyebrows) in inches.
2. Pretend that's a circle, and take the diameter, I.e., divide by pi. That's the size.
So, say 23'รท3.1416=7.3211', or about 7 3/8.
