How to measure dick size??

I know how to measure but to have to pull skin back or push something to measure it. plus what should a 13 year size be

If you're 13 you shouldn't be worrying about it. You're not anywhere near full grown yet

no, you dont need to push or pull anything back
just grab a ruler or tape measure
the average size for an ADAULT male is 6 inches
so a 13 year old boy would normally be less that that
because youve only just began to go through puberty
you shouldnt be worrying about its size now
it will reach its full size by the time your around 18
so you have plenty of time to be patient an wait for it to grow

yea pull the skin ...I am 13 and I have a 7 to 8 inches long so is that big?
