How to make this feeling go away?

webcam. Asked by mrscobainx3 about 1 month ago, 4 answers.

I've been with the same guy for almost 4 years now,and the last 2 have been long dstance,as he moved.
Weve been trying to keep it together,an I thought we were doing well, until he made a new friend in his school-Lorena.he swears theres nothing going on between them but a frienship, shes got a boyfriend, and hes very much in love with me.But they take pictures together and make plans to hang out all the time.Shes a very gorgeous girl, and I think that worries me even more.

Everytime I've mentioned it,he tells me im being rediculous, and im the only one for him. He's never cheated on me before.

So,How can I get over their friendship and stop flipping out so often? I feel hypocritical,I mean most of my friens are guys, and he doesnt flip out..so why do I?
Should I feel the way I do? Or am I being rediculous?

I've also looked at the comments theyve sent back and forth, and hes said some pretty suggestive things, and calls her names he's never called me.He promises theyre just friends though.

Send this to a friend

wow im in exactly the same situation
long distance, boyfriend has a best friend whos a girl, hangs out with her a lot, and she also very attractive! grr
lol anyways I think you should trust him if he says theres nuthing going on and that he loves you because that feeling that he may have something more with her isnt good for a relationship, especially long distance.
just keep remembering that unless its obvious hes thinking other-wise
communication is also key in a long distance relationship and you should be able to talk about everything with your boyfriend
but yeah just put this feeling away and believe and trust that he loves you and this girl is just a friend
good luck!

Trust your gut. Don't deny yourself. Long distance is tough. Look for more friends closer to where you are. Good luck.

Your NOT being ridiculous!!! If there as close as you say they are then maybe you should talk to your boyfriend and tell him that there friendship makes you uncomfy.

I think you have every reason to be somewhat upset. Not necessarily with your boy, but for the fact that you don't get to see him and hang out with him and this chick does. I'm sure it doesn't help matters that this chick is beautiful.
Long distance is very challenging. I've done it before and to be honest, it did not end well. I accused him of seeing other girls, etc. In the end, it turned out to be true.
I don't know if he was seeing girls the entire time or he decided that since I was accusing him 24/7, he might as well do it.
I'm not saying your boy is seeing this girl. But just be careful about how much you harp on him about this chick. You have every right to talk to him about this and the way it's making you feel, but theres a thin line between talking about it and nagging about it.

If he tells you that he's being faithful to you, theres only two things you can do.
Either believe him, and let it go...
or don't believe him and let him go.
