It depends on your phone. If it has recording ability you can simply play your music while recording with your phone and then set it as your ringtone. It isn't the best quality sometimes, but it is FREE! :-)
Be careful with those ringtone sites - sometimes they might not mention a charge but your phone company may charge you separately!
