How to make edible hard sugar decorations?

make fresh caramel... once its liquid, drizzle on top of small bowls... let dry...

once dry, slowly remove bowl from the caramel web and serve on a cold dish with ice cream scoop inside the web, chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries... add piece of mint leaf fpr decor - WOW!!!
