How to make a smaller waist?

my waist is 28 inch without a corset which is a very thick waist considering im 5ft 5 how can I make my waist smaller?

there are actually quite a lot of waist related exercises I would definately consider checking out some youtube videos happy

No no no no no no no no no no no no, there is NO way to lose weight in one particular spot. Just eat right, 6 small meals a day, HIIT and work out.

You need a better grip on reality.
A 28 inch waist on someone who is 5'5 is not huge, fat, or bad in any way.

When you lose tummy fat, you will lose fat off your waist. Some times it might be your genetics that caused you to have a larger waist and if that is the case, then there is not much you can do. Different clothes can make your waist look smaller, like dresses that puff out at your hips or things that are high waisted.

I'm 5'6 and I had a 29 inch waist and although it wasn't bad I didn't mind making it smaller (dont mind what others say about being satisfied... you dont HAVE TO SETTLE if you dont want to). I always did plenty stomach exercises (crunches, leg lifts, etc) so I gained a strong midsection but it did not shrink my waist (it went down to a 28 1/2)...Then a decided to take a body detox (The Cleaner) and it worked really well (and really fast)...my waist is now 27 inches!!

I agree you are a little delusional. I wish I had your waistline. I am 5ft 3.5in and my waist is 35. Now I am legitimately look to slim my waist.
