10 pounds a month is about 2.5 pounds / week. You can safely lose even more than that, if you stick to a healthy diet exercise. There are no quick fixes, and regular cardiovascular exercise and anaerobic exercise for at least 5 sessions per week are key to obtaining your goals.
As to the diet thing - stick to fruits, veggies, and protein, and healthy carbs like whole grain pasta and whole grain bread. Ditch the sugar, saturated fats, fast food, etc, and stay off sweets. It's hard, and will take experimenting to find a healthy diet you can stick to but between that the regular exercise, you should be able to accomplish your goal more. But in two days, i lost 5 pounds
Just by eating a 1/3 bowl of fruit and
drinking lots and lots of water. it geets easy stop
eating all the goodsand chocolat parents buy but counts
i calculate calories and burn them
i like sweets so i eat a (one)smartie per 2 days
i don't feel great eating to mush
but the key is to drink lots and lots
of water
I consummed 80calories, eat a little every
3 hours Exp
1/8 orange, another 1/8 and eat half in a whole day.
But don't ever forget to drink while you eat.
drink- you lose weight after!
