It sounds like a pretty dangerous thing to do- dropping that much weight in 2 weeks can't be healthy at all. I suggest that, should you desire to lose some weight or tone up, set more realistic goals (ie: a kilo every 2 weeks), and put systems in place to achieve them. These include planning out a healthy diet with fruit, veges, meat, and a few treats here and there, as well as a certain amount of exercise.
