How to lose weight?

please, dont answer if you yourself have never lost a considerable amount of weight. I do everything im supposed to to lose weight as far as diet and excersize, but I never lose weight. I need some tips to lose weight. like certian excersizes I could do.

I used a colon cleanse and it really helped me to lose 24 lbs. in 3 weeks but I followed the plan religiously and drank lots of water and changed my diet!! It really does help!

well... what happened to me was that I never thoought what I really ate! I know that it sound like crazy but I just didnt pay attencion and also I agree whit the obove lots of water helps! that worked for me. And also At school sience the clases are like upstairs and downstairs the little exercise helped me, so walking and not thinking about it seems to help! try it!

It can do with your motabilism you see, I have a fast one so I dont gain weight even tho I eat a lot, you probably gain weight cause yours is slow ask your doctor how to speed up your motabilism in the meanwhile eat 6 meals a day but small portions like small lol ,ok you can also excerzes like crunches (how ever you spell that),most people are fat not because they chose to its cause of ther motabilism so tell me how this works out for you happy

I lost 30lbs in a month and a half.
I drank slimfast for breakfast
Drank water only after that
did the treadmill for an 1-2hrs a day
Ate fish like salmon or anythink like cod or haddock with some lemon pepper or somthing plain white rice, for a snack in was salad with veggies and a small amount of dressing

ohhh and this really works my friend when to a fat camp cause she use to be fat know shes skinnky as hell 1)DRINK HOT WATER WITH OATMEAL 2) JOG/RUN A MILE AFTER THAT IN THE MORNING EVERY DAY FOR A MONTH ...IT WORKS LIKE A MOTHER FREAKER :D

I DID IT BY SWITCHING FROM POP AND KOOL AID. NOW I DRINK... GREEN TEA WITH GINSENG... IT HELPS SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM.. ALSO TUNA AND PEANUT BUTTER.. THEY ARE HIGH AND FIBER AND YOU LOSE FAT INSTEAD OF MUSCLE... VERY HEATHY WITH PLENTY OF VITAMINS.. DO NOT TELL YOU SELF THAT YOU CAN NOT HAVE ANY SWEETS.. THAT JUST MAKES YOU WANT THEM.. JUST LIMIT YOUR INTAKE... ALSO WHAT HELPS IS WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU INGEST.. THAT HELPS YOU KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH YOUR TAKIN IN.. THEN BY THE NEXT DAY TAKE AN ITEM AWAY OR CHOSE A SMALLER PORTION.. I LOST 62 LBS IN 4 MONTHS THIS WAY.. THEN I GOT PREGNANT.. UGH.. BUT I DEF KNOW HOW TO DO THE MORE HEALTY DIET TO LOSE THE BABY WEIGHT NOW! GOOD LUCK!!! HOPE THIS HELPS FOR YOU!
