Well, there are sooo many excersizes you could do. I do sit ups and crunches every day to lose some stomach fat and build my abs, lol. Any of the basic excersizes you learned in highschool are great. You just have to keep them up. Schedual some time in the day for just excersize.
As for dieting.. It may help you losse weight, but not very well.. It's slow and you're missing out on protein that you're going to need for excersizing if you don't eat plenty of meat. Nuts are high in protein and low in fat, but you have to eat a lot of them to make up for the loss, lol.

ii havee thee samee probblemm.im not fat but im deff not skiinnyy.I hatee vegetabless myyselff...YUCKK ii deff dont like excersize but I triied weiightwatchers ii found that sooo helppful I lost 15 pounds,thee foodd doesnt even taste like diet foodd iit taste soo goodd especiiallyy thee three chesse ziti.I hope that helps youu goodd luuckk=)
