for starters eat things like fat free 100 calorie yogurt, special k cereal with skim milk, and try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables... also, try to eat a lemon a day (if you can handle them, I know some people cant)...but the acid in lemons works wonders for dissolving fat cells! As for exercising... I have the game dance dance revolution that I play for hrs & I never get bord & it burns a lot of calories. if you dont have the game dance to some music in your room... that works to. hope I helped ya out






How to lose that belly and more?
I'm at exactly the healthy weight for my height.
but I have a nasty stomach. like not flat. but I look good everyhwere else. so I'm thinking of losing like 10 more pounds to get rid of the stomach fat.
how do I get rid of it?? and how do I stay on my diet... like I get so bored and then I eat.
I've already lost 15 pounds since summer. but I need 10 more before spring break. and im kinda in a rut and havnt lost any in a long time... how do I jump start my body into losing 10-15 more. and my mind into DIET MODE again???
