How to lose a lot of weight fast but healthy?

my new years resolution is to lose 50 lbs. the problem is I need some advice to lose it as fast as possible? I am willing to do anything except be anorexic or bulimic..

Try going Vegetarian or Vegan. It's pretty easy after the ffirst couple days. I went Vegan for a week in January and didn't gain it back until Thanksgiving...Stupid Pecan Pie. It's very healthy and easy to stick to, also. There are loads of stuff made from soy products that are much lower in calories; Ice Cream, Malted milk balls, loads of that stuff! Have Fun xD!

thats good bout the ed thing! but I would say eat less sweets/junk food and eat more veggies and fruits!!! like for breakfast eat a bowl of special k read berries and a bannana...for lunch eat a salad w/ light dressing and water and for dinner eat something like salmon w/ esperagus and water tuna is also good...if your craving something chocolate they make these bars- like slim fast- that are chocolate but help you out on your diet and excersise is a most! join your local ymca and start using the gym- its funner w/ friends!

Adding to above ^^ Set yourself a target to how much you want to lose. Don't be too harsh on yourself though =P.. But Yeaa.. set yourself a target for every month. say. It will be much easier with a goal.
And exercise is the key to losing weight =] maybe go jogging with some mates or join a gym.
I'm glad to see that you're not one of those people who want to become anorexic or bulimic in order to lose weight.

If you try and lose weight fast then it is very likely that that will be temporary and you will star gaining weight again. Losing weight over a long time (eating healthily but not cutting down on food unless you are eating excessively) will most likely stay forever.
