alright I weight the same as you and I would LOVE to become 130 thats my goal. well I need to do more excersiing but I am doing so good with eating healthy alrighty.
Make sure you are getting enough fruit, veggies, grains, meat, and, dairy each day! BUT.. dont EAT too much BREAD(GRAINS) that is what would make you gain weight. I know for experience lol soo if you are feeling very hungrey! then snack on some favourite fruit or veggies
just cutt down a lot. and you'll see a differnece.
goodluck!
xxoxo
Not eating after 6 is a myth... I've always eaten after 10pm and I've lost 43 pounds since January of this year.
I want to lose 30-40 more by the beginning of October.
I'm eating smaller more frequent meals, drinking a gallon of water and day and exercising - cardio and weight training. I also take a free day to get my metabolism raging!!
We'll see where I'm at in Oct.
Eating after 6 is NOT A MYTH, it's a scientific fact, but it depends. If for example you lead a 9 to five day and get at least 7 hrs of sleep, then yes not after six. This gives your body enough time to breakdown your last meal and then go in to the digestive process, hence going in the morning. By eating fatty, high carb or anything other than water or vegetable 2hrs before your body goes to rest, than it will store it as a fat that is really hard to melt. Drinking lots of water maintaining a balance meal and exercising 30 minutes a day (walking is exercise too) is a great way to maintain your weight. If you are overweight you will loose wait at a healthy pace, whiche is better given you probably don't want to gain it back. This seems very repetitive, but yes there is no quick fix, It took all these years of eating unhealthy to get where you are accept it will take as long to get back on track. Good luck, everyone can do it!!!
