if you really want to lose the weight, give up the sugar! I gave up about 95% of the sugar in my diet, lost about 15 lbs in a monthand a half. It's very hard. But, after a few months, it get a lot easier. Give up the candy bars, or at least cut way back. Read labels. i promise you, it works.

I don't eat any sweets actually my real weakness right now is ritz crackers and ranch sunflower seeds.
