How to lose 10 pounds before school starts?

okay I need to know how to lose 10 pounds ... can I lose weight by eating less???

yes you can. but starving yourslef will never work. you have to eat to loose weight actually to help your metabolism. first set up a wrokout routine. I suggest atleast 20 minutes of running or walking, squats,crunches,and other excersises. make sure you excersise daily. also replace all of the junk food in your house with healthy snacks instead. a bigg key to loosing weight is drinking tons of water and eating fruit. replacing water with soda helps so much. if you need any more help funmail me.(:

I honestly dont get why people ask the same questions over and over again. They have all been answered. And its always the same answer. It Less, excercise more. Drink A lot of water and dont eat a lot of junkfood. If you find it hard to not eat, find a hobby to take it off your mind. I play an online video game and I find myself not eating as much throughout the day. excerise everyday. I suggest a gym or running 4 out of 7 days and the other 3 days do smaller workouts. You dont have to exhaust yourself. Try dance dance revolution too.

first put a garbage bag over your body, then put a shirt on, some pants, put a sweatshirt on, put another garbage bag on, have 5 pound weights in your hands and jog for 5 hours everyday, and you will loose like 3 pounds a day. I used to do this for when I was in conditioning for wrestling when I was in school. it really works

it happens GRADUALLY
and it can take months to loose weight and see results
not hours, not days, not weeks...MONTHS
healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight
anything else will either damage your health
make you gain all the weight back and then some
or do both
and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index)
calculated for your height and age
he/she will tell you what weight range your in
and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range
see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
