This is going to sound really obvious, but honestly, by eating healthier foods and exercising. One good tip is not to eat until you're full, but to eat until you are satisfied. By doing that, you eat a lot less and go off with out being hungry. Oh yea, dont expect to be able to lose 5-8 pounds in a week or even a month. Im not positive but I once read something that says that you can really only lose 2-4 pounds of fat weight a month, and if you lose more than that then it is just water weight which you will gain back when you drink. My mom works for weight watchers so I get to try their diet foods all the time and most of them are really not bad. Buying some of them to eat as snacks instead of candy would help you out (as long as you dont eat too much of them!) and by snacking on fruits and veggies. Good luck!
